Captain of the Capital Ship – The "Ars Moriendi"

"Though Cap'n Magdellon Ironhoof was born in the wilds of Cornwall, to say that he spent most of his life in Albion, would be a grave misconception. Having been raised during the Albion Civil War, it was during the Empire's occupation of Cornwall that Cap'n made the choice to leave Albion's shores, though for what reasons remain unknown.

In the interim between his self-imposed exile and his return to Court, it is believed that our good Cap'n visited a great many parts of Erdreja, speaking fondly of the large part of his life he spent in the Southlands bar the incident where he claims, he was forced to learn ritual magic in order to save his life. Having successfully escaped, Cap'n continued to work on the ship which bore him from the shores of Cornwall so long ago, which he now rules over as Captain - a title he finds most fitting and somewhat ironic. This ship, the "Ars Moriendi" continues to be Cap'n's home years after leaving his original and now stands as the Head Quarters of the Crows of Albion.

How Cap'n and his ship came into the hands of the Crows of Albion remains a mystery, though the ships records suggest he had docked the ship in Londinium at the same time that the Akari originally seized control of the Vale of York. Though it was a year later that Cap'n and his vessel officially joined the Crows of Albion, it was only until after the Prince of York's destruction at the Vale of York that he was officially seen joining the Harts in their expedition to Penross, Cornwall, where he along with many others made a vow to represent and support the forces of Law, in any approaching conflict."

Summer 1110

"Following Theomach's death I've decided to continue updating the profiles of several members. Cap'n asked for several things to be cut from the original document. No clue why. But I'll summarise his latest activities.

Cap'n finally came to court in the summer of 1110 in Norsca, however it was only at The Gathering of Nation 1110 that he came to the forefront showing his skill and in many cases ruthless fanaticism to Albion and the ritual circle. He is perhaps most well-known for attempting to save the life of the then Lord Regent, Gabriel Bathroy in the circle following his assassination at the hands of a beguiled Hart. Though the ritual was unsuccessful, Cap'n continues to remain at Court, and insists to me that he will continue to do his duty for the Crows, King and Country.
