Harts Of Albion are pleased to invite you to Serenity ; a Harts Campaign event set in Cornwall.

This is a Harts campaign event held at Giants Seat  scout camp in Radcliffe in Manchester. Although primarily aimed at Harts, In Character allies from other factions are welcome.

First Early booking deadline: 18th of May 2009
Second Early booking deadline: 1st of June 2009

Times: Time In will provisionally be at 8pm on Friday. Time Out will provisionally be at 2pm on Sunday. Time out will be from approximately 2am to 10am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Age Limit: This event has adult themes and therefore Harts of Albion LRP will NOT be allowing players under the age of 18 to attend

Location: The event is going to be at Giants Seat  scout camp in Radcliffe in Manchester. You can find out about all the site facilities on their website www.giantsseat.com

Accommodation: There will be a limited number of bunk space for crew, this will be on a first come first served basis but will be camping for all players.

Catering: This is event will not be catered but provision will be made for “foraging”

Tickets to play Serenity are £30 for Friday to Sunday. After the 18th of May a £5 surcharge will be added to encourage early booking, and additional £5 surcharge will be added on the 1st of June.

Player places will be allocated in accordance with the faction booking policy, with priority given to players of Harts primary characters and those who crewed the previous Harts Of Albion event.

As with all Harts Of Albion events payment on the gate will not be possible. In reality this event is likely to sell out before its deadline. Players are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Crewing Serenity is free, however the organisers must know in advance that you are coming so please fill in the booking form. We would really appreciate receiving crew bookings as early as possible, since that gives us more time to assign approriate roles and prepare briefs.  Please can you write down your faction so we can tell our players which factions are crewing for us.

If you have crewed any previous Harts Of Albion events can you also state which events you crewed and what parts you played - simply because this helps us recognise you and assign you approriate parts.

Harts Of Albion LRP are members of Harts Command, Harts Plot and other dedicated members of the Harts Faction. All proceeds from the event are put back into the faction to run future events etc.
