Harts Of Albion are pleased to invite you to A Yuletide Bit of Slap and Tickle ; a traditional Harts relaxing social event.

This is a Harts Of Albion social event held at Bugman's Bar, Nottingham. Although primarily aimed at Harts characters, allies from other factions are welcome.

Directions and map to follow.

Times: Time In will at 7pm on Saturday. Time Out will be 12 am Saturday night.

Crew: This event will require a very low number of crew. If you'd like to crew this event please contact
harts_command@yahoogroups.com before booking.

There will be a cost for Crewing which will cover food however.

Accommodation: There is no accommodation at this event. If you need accommodation for this event www.laterooms.com  can be very helpful.

Catering: The Venue will be serving a meal of Quarter roast chicken bbq spare ribs spicy chicken wings rustic bread and butter Jacket potato and coleslaw tossed salad .
and  Separate plated meals for vegan and Vegetarian food we will endeavour to make sure all dietary requirements are met, however we can not guarantee this.
The Venue will also be providing a licensed bar all night. Please indicate with your booking if you wish to eat. No other food will be allowed inside.

Parking: Parking at Bugmans Bar is fairly limited so please car share where possible.

Trains: The closest station to this site is Nottingham

Player places will be allocated in accordance with the faction booking policy, with priority given to players of Harts primary characters and those who crewed the previous Harts Of Albion event.

As with all Harts Of Albion events payment on the gate will not be possible. In reality this event is likely to sell out before its deadline. Players are advised to book early to avoid disappointment.

Harts Of Albion LRP are members of Harts Command, Harts Plot and other dedicated members of the Harts Faction. All proceeds from the event are put back into the faction to run future events etc.
