Site restored after attack

The Harts website has been inactive for a week while we dealt with a hacker attack. We started getting reports late one evening that virus scanners were alerting visitors that the Harts website contained malicious code. Checks confirmed that there was errant php and javascript injected into the sites - this also affected the online booking and the Mirrorstone Forums - and all sites were taken offline to be dealt with. The Harts site has been restored as of Tuesday 17th May after several days offline, the others should hopefully be back shortly. If you spot any updates that have disappeared as a result, please email hartsofalbion@gmail.com with details.

Obituaries

The Harts faction are sad to note the passing of young larper, Alex Griffiths, best known as Valen Darkblade. Alex died shortly after the spring Moot and is greatly missed. As a result, there is a new obituaries section to the website. May 2011

Monstering at the Spring Moot

Neil reports: So you can prepare yourself for awesome fun - we're going to be "strawberry picking" at teh Spring Moot from 1900 - 2100 on Saturday. There's also a slot at 1500 - 1600 which is non factional but a whole bunch of monsteros would be appreciated...

If you want an IC excuse for not being available on the Saturday evening, feel free to tell people you're off to Cap'n and Graf's wedding. Monstering is necessary to keep the game running but it's a lot of fun. It's a chance to try out the spells and skills you don't usually have access to, and to earn some reward in the process. Monstering time is paid in either IC cash or card-stamps towards an OSP, whichever you prefer. April 2011
